Kidnapped Delta State University lecturer, Boniface Anyanwu escapes

Dr Boniface Anyanwu, a lecturer from the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka who was kidnapped at about 2a.m on Saturday February 3rd from his Obiaruku home, with the abductors demanding N20m in ransom, has escaped.

According to reports,  Anyanwu, who was crammed in the booth of his Toyota Camry and driven away to an unknown destination, reportedly escaped from the kidnappers’ den yesterday and is happy to be back home to his family!
