LASTMA officer begs for mercy after his hand gets trapped when a driver wound up as he tried to forcefully enter the car

An officer of the Lagos State Transport Management Authority, LASTMA, was forced to beg for mercy after a driver wound up, trapping his hand between the window and the roof of the car when the officer tried to forcefully gain entrance into the vehicle.

According to an eyewitness, the LASTMA officer was trapped for over 10 minutes and passersby had to join in begging the driver to free the officer.
