Photo-Mel B allegedly appears in over 20 sextapes that will be used in divorce case but she says she was drugged throughout marriage and did not consent to them

Mel B and her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte are still going back and forth in court in what is being referred to as “one of the messiest divorces ever”.

The former Spice Girl and Belafonte are headed for trial beginning November 6th and it’s been revealed that Belafonte has handed over 56 videos of his soon-to-be-ex-wife in which she is allegedly engaging in cocaine use and salacious sexual acts.

But Melanie Brown says that she was drugged up for most of her marriage to Belafonte and didn’t consent to some of the acts as well as the filming of some of the acts. On top of battling the recordings, The America’s Got Talent judge will also be filing a restraining order against Belafonte and her nanny Lorraine Gilles who she believes teamed up in a conspiracy to extort her for millions of dollars. She has accused them of threatening to release the aforementioned tapes in order to embarrass her. It is suspected that Belafonte has more videos of Brown and refuses to hand them over.

Belafonte’s legal team, however, do not agree with Brown’s claims. Attorney Philip Cohen insisted that the evidence they have had not been fabricated.

“None of these videos has been edited. None of these videos has been submitted for a prurient interest. These videos are relevant,” Cohen said.

The judge presiding over this case, however, took issue with the way Cohen interviewed Brown during her deposition. In the deposition, Mel B was asked about a sex video in which she was not featured but, claimed Cohen, her voice could be heard and her fingers could be seen on film.

Cohen asked Mel: “Is it your position that you were drugged in this video?”

Mel answered no, but Judge Juhas said to Cohen, “Why didn’t you ask, did you take this video?”
