An 18-year-old man has been arrested after a girl, 12, was abducted last week on her way to school before she bravely fought off her attacker.

The girl was on her way to school in the Hunslet area of Leeds on the morning of April 23 when a man dragged her and pulled her into a secluded wooded area (read here). She managed to fight him off then raised alarm.
