New photos coming in from Zimbabwe’s state-run Herald newspaper shows President Robert Mugabe meeting with army chief Gen Constantino Chiwenga, Catholic cleric Father Fidelis Mukonori and South African envoys at State House.

The photos were shared on Twitter by the paper’s editor-in-chief, Caesar Zvayi.
