SARS officers in Gombe allegedly beat man to death after he was falsely accused of stealing a phone

Emmanuel Luka pictured above is the latest victim of SARS brutality. According to the co-ordinator of the #ENDSARS campaign, @segalink, Emmanuel was allegedly beaten to death by some SARS officers in Biliri village in Gombe state.

A girlfriend to one of the SARS officers had accused Emmanuel of stealing her phone and contacted her boyfriend who mobilized his colleagues. They took Emmanuel away and beat him until he died. The phone was later found but the damage had already been done..
