Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo,Senior Pastor of the Kingsway International Christian Center,  has defended clergymen in Nigeria that have private jets. In a recent interview with Channels TV, Pastor Ashimolowo said the busy itenerary of most of the clergymen demands that they have a private jet. According to him, a busy clergyman having his own private jet in the long run saves the church money by always booking flights for him or her. He accused the media of blowing out of proportion the number of clergymen that own private jets.

He added that Nigerians have not questioned people who finished University yesterday who have two jets about how they acquired it but rather make a fuss about clergymen with jets.Watch the video below
